This 2 minute recipe for keto Caesar salad uses simple pantry ingredients, and is made in a mason jar for simple preparation and storage. This Caesar also very low in carbs and uses no anchovy paste, or raw eggs.
Finely chop fresh garlic and capers with repeated passes of a knife until almost minced
Add everything to a 16oz or larger mason jar with a lid. Seal, shake until combined, and serve. It's that easy.
Notes
Parmesan Cheese: Although many recipe call for fancy expensive Parmesan cheese. The dry grated affordable Parmesan cheese can and should be used in this recipe. No Anchovy paste: Oyster/Fish sauce, soy sauce, and capers are used in place of traditional anchovy paste in this recipe. But you can use anchovy paste if you would like. See post above for more information. Fresh or prepared garlic: In place of fresh garlic, use 1 tablespoon garlic puree or ½-1 whole teaspoon of garlic powder.
