Add olive oil, butter, and tomato paste to a sauce pan over medium-low heat until butter is melted.
Stir in garlic powder, dehydrated onion, Italian seasoning, and water
Simmer on low for at least 10 minutes or until ready to use
Salami Crust
Lay uncooked sliced salami on a parchment or foil lined baking sheet and bake in a 375°F for 8-10 minutes until they begin to brown and crisp. They will continue to crisp out of the oven. Remove and let cool
Preparing the Mini Pizzas
Add about a teaspoon of low carb pizza sauce to each baked salami crust and sprinkle with grated cheese
Bake at 375°F for about 5 minutes until cheese is melted and slightly golden brown
Serve with extra low carb pizza sauce, or other favourite low carb dipping sauce
